Zumba brings people together to sweat it out; it’s perfect for everybody and every body! Effective and fun, come see why Zumba fitness is often called exercise in disguise. This class will offer a total workout combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, and flexibility. Leave each class with a boost of energy!

Participants are encouraged to bring water.
