This class explores a combination of basic movements, postures, breathing techniques, and short meditations. It aims to increase your mental and physical strength as well as your flexibility and mobility. This class requires no prior yoga experience. Please bring water and your own yoga mat if you have one, but some mats will be available for those that might need one.
