Mother Goose Storytime gives parents/caregivers and young children ages 0-2 time to enjoy books and reading together. Interaction between you and your child is encouraged through stories, lap songs, and fingerplays.

Preschool Storytime is designed for families with children 3–5 years old. This program includes a 25–30-minute group time with outstanding stories, poetry, fingerplays, singing, and dancing.

Join us as we sing and dance to your favorite storytime songs and rhymes! This high-energy program is geared toward kids 0–5 years of age. You and your child can have fun together as you enjoy age-appropriate songs, rhymes, and fingerplays.

Kick off your weekend with an active, fun-filled storytime designed for kids ages 0–5 and their families! Join us for 25-30 minutes of engaging stories, songs, fingerplays, and rhymes. Afterwards, enjoy 15 minutes of free play.

Join us for an off-site night of trivia with JCPL at Drinklings! Grab some friends to make a team and come enjoy special book-themed trivia created by Local Trivia Action. The top two teams will win a gift card to the coffee house!

Come knit or crochet with us! Bring your own project and come relax by the library fireplace with friends. If you are a beginner and would like to learn to knit, please register and supplies and instruction will be provided for you. 

Join us for an introduction to Kumihimo. Learn the basics of this traditional Japanese braiding technique while making your own colorful bracelet. All skill levels are welcome and no experience is required.

Bring yourself and your thirst for adventure to the library! Come play the popular roleplaying game, Dungeons & Dragons, with other teens. We will have a dungeon master and all the necessary gaming materials. Refreshments will be provided!

This class explores a combination of basic movements, postures, breathing techniques, and short meditations. It aims to increase your mental and physical strength as well as your flexibility and mobility.
