Event Details

Join a representative from Bluegrass Care Navigators to learn about a new elder care opportunity, PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly)! We will cover what the program is, what services are included, and the support available for families/caregivers. Lunch will be provided to those who register in advance. If you do not want to eat with us, you are welcome to come listen without registering. 

Registration is required for lunch.
