Crochet: Granny Squares

In this class you will learn a classic crochet motif known as a granny square. We will use clusters of double crochets to work from the center round to the outward square. This versatile pattern can be used in many beginner and advanced projects, such as blankets, bags, and sweaters. Prior crochet experience is required for this program. Participants need to already know: how to handle a crochet hook and yarn, chaining, Single Crochet stitch, Double Crochet stitch, and slip stitch. Knowing how to do a traditional round start or magic circle is preferred but not required.
